Thank you for shopping at BLISS Store. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


1. EU & UK Customers

14-Day Cancellation Period

For orders delivered to the EU or UK, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.
If you wish to cancel within this period, you must contact us first.
We will provide instructions for how to proceed.

Exceptions

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

  • custom or personalized products

  • digital items once delivery begins

  • sealed hygiene products once opened

  • perishable goods

  • Items damaged upon arrival

Clothing

For clothing items:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or buyer’s remorse.

  • If a return is approved, clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted.


2. All Other Countries (Non-EU/Non-UK)

For customers outside the EU and UK, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • size issues

  • accidental orders

  • general dissatisfaction

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time with photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund
