  • USA & Canada: 6-7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-8 business days

  • Rest of World: 10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to shipping provider, customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
BLISS Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.
BLISS Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.


7. Delays & Customs

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing.
We have no control over customs procedures or timelines.
